This weekend, my part of the Midwest experienced the runoff from hurricane Isaac that much of the country has already experienced; slow to adopt everything, I suppose. Though history would predict I'd spend all weekend under the covers, shielding my easily furrowed brow and sensitive ears from the terror that is a Missouri thunderstorm, I behaved much like the big girl I am and even ventured out in the rain a couple of times. Frankly, there's very little that can keep me from fun evenings with friends on the weekends. Also, it was pretty much only rain; little to no noise or fire flashes from the sky.
That's it for today! Oh, heads up: I'm going to start sprinkling some features on here that aren't quite fashion related. I've been feeling a bit unfulfilled with my blog as is, and I want it to be something I'm more proud of/excited about. My interests are more than what fits in my closet. Hope y'all stick around! Thanks so much for reading! : )
