Matt has several "odd" jobs. He works in the homes of two old ladies and one older couple doing handiwork, housework, cooking, etc. (adorable, right?). The older couple he works for recently decided they're moving to Minnesota to be closer to their children and grandchildren, and they are cleaning out their furniture supply to get ready for their big trek. And because this couple happens to be so generous, we inherited this lovely floral sleeper couch! I'm head over heels <3.
Aw, you got me a bed for when I come visit!
ReplyDeleteHow thoughtful! ; )
Seriously, though, that is super cute.
Seriously though- yes I did : )
DeleteThat is the prettiest, best couch ever. Seriosuly, I'd pay top dollars for that pattern. And aw, your fiance has an adorable job- clearly he's a good cook :)
ReplyDeleteGahhh, I know. I can't believe it was just given to us.
DeleteAnd yes, he IS a great cook! He puts me to shame, no question.
I love the low arms! What a darling print. (:
ReplyDeleteThanks Rosie! Yeah, it's just a little low to the ground, but very comfortable.

Thanks Lindsey!
DeleteYeah, furniture hunting is pretty difficult, especially if you're on a budget and have a certain look in mind. We just got lucky with this one! Try craigslist and goodwill though.
Oooo score!! What great colors and a beautiful pattern!
ReplyDeleteThanks Chaucee! I think so too. It's remarkably vibrant for how old it is.
