In our continued quest to get to know our new city a bit better, Matt and I ventured down to the RiverWalk last week. It's a boardwalk/paved trail that runs alongside the Congaree River, and has some really pretty viewpoints to its name. If it was a bit closer to my house, I would definitely be doing my runs there.
I (purely accidentally) matched my top to the greenery surrounding the pathway. I love that everything is so lush here, but the mosquitoes that come with the lushness are a different story. I swear that they are mutant, robot mosquitoes, programmed to attack me as much as possible. Oh well...it'll be pants season soon, yes? I've got my fingers crossed.

Happy Monday to you! I have a feeling that this is going to be a great week : )
P.S.- If you've got a minute, would you mind hitting this link and voting (or "heart-ing," as the case may be) for my outfit? I'd really appreciate it! <3
Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteSometimes it floods so much there that the side walk is actually under water!

That's crazy!
DeleteYeah, one of the things I love most about moving, or at least something that makes it a bit easier, is the fact that you have all new restaurants, parks, bars, etc. to visit. Exciting stuff!
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks, Marlen! You're so sweet : )
How fun to discover such a pretty place. I also really like the outfit and seeing just a sliver of a sliver of midriff. Fun but still classy!
